Hi everyone! I just thought i would share some pictures of Abiageal with you today. She is getting so big! She is almost crawling already!!

Here is the ice fishing trip to Canada. Lots of big perch and John caught a 24" white fish. Tim and I both got 13" perch, but ofcourse mine was fatter. Oh and the walleye was 28" long.

I am finally getting Liz's cake pictures up. She took a cake decorating class and did a wonderful job. Oh and here are a couple of pictures of my walleye I caught on Wednesday. I will hopefully have more pictures of fish to come and probably more of the girls when Liz tells me what she want posted.

Luke is Michigan brainwashed

We were reading a Disney Babies book that he just found downstairs. Before we moved from town to the new house we read it daily several times and he had it memorized. Well it has been a while and although all the pages rhyme with the page before it when I asked him the next page after this one here is what we got...

Luke's answer Michigan, hmm, doesn't rhyme but I'm with him that's where I'd rather go.

He did get frog right when the page before said log, and away when the day before said today, but he does have pictures to help him out. He also likes to look at the pictures and ask questions like why is Donald mad? Darn Donald can't you just be happy all the time. At least the fish Goofy caught looked happy. I'm sure we will read this daily several times again this week, I can't wait. The good news is Beau can read it, and I bet Anna might be able to handle it too, so I'm glad he found it.

News flash, as of tonight my kids and I will not be watching tv, the doors are shutting while Ben is in Billings and won't reopen until he returns on Friday. I have lots of ideas including cleaning the basement. Pray for me though this isn't going to be easy. Luke's morning is tv friendly to say the least, how will I entertain him (I think Walmart has some paints calling my name, is that cheating?)

Luke's Birthday Greeting

Luke is having fun with his song. He was being so goofy, but he was also really enjoying making his video for PopPop. I had to do both just because he kept going. The swords were a dollar find at Target, he loves them. He has always stuck things down the back of his shirt (paper towel rolls, paint sticks) to use as a sword, but now he has a real one, or two, or five. He loves them and the boys (including Ben) have had some mighty battles already.

In case you can't understand him, in the second video after his screech, or whatever it is he says, "Done, alright I'm getting out of here." Watch the end of Beau's again, it is very similar. Luke is a copycat.

Anna's Birthday Greeting

Anna has been sick all day. I think she might have strep so this is a little weak but she put in a little effort when she wasn't messing around with my phone. She was just kind of out of it, but here it is anyway. Happy Birthday PopPop, she said she would have loved for you to have held her today too.

Beau's Birthday Greetings

We didn't get a chance to talk to PopPop on the phone because he was out to eat. So we had to fashion our own birthday greetings. This is just the first of the three. Beau loves this version of happy birthday but isn't allowed to sing it to everyone. He determined since PopPop likes to joke it would be okay to sing it to him. I had to do a couple takes because he was ready before I was.

Jackass and Dicdic

Did you know that there are real animals called jackass and dicdic? I knew of course about the ass but not the dicdic. Beau has taught me so many new things I can't even begin to share them all. He really liked sharing this information with us because he knows they are cuss words, but not when you use them to talk about the animal. Off to hockey.
